Welcome to the Southwest Cycle Rental Request page.
We advise reserving as early as possible for best selection and service. In all cases, please do reserve 48 hours in advance of arrival so that we’ll have time to contact and confirm the final details with you. Requests under 48 hours may not be processed, but you may walk-in and we’ll do our best to outfit you.
After entering your info in the form below, click on the Rental Agreement link to read and understand the terms of your rental. Close that tab, click “I have read and agree”, then click Submit. You’ll see a confirmation that it has been sent.
Then, two things will happen- you’ll receive an email summarizing the info you’ve sent us, and we will either call or email you within 24 hours to confirm details, answer questions, and obtain a credit card number to hold your reservation. We will not charge your card until you come for pick up, or if you are a no-show.
Want to tell us something important about your request that the form doesn’t cover? Add more riders, want us to install your pedals, need a kid’s trailer? Email us ( swcycle@gmail.com ) and we’ll link that added info to your reservation request.
Look for the email confirmation after you click “Submit” (check your spam folder if you don’t see it.) We will contact you within 24 hours to finalize your reservation. Thanks!
