Welcome to the Southwest Cycle Rental Request page.
We advise reserving early for best selection and service. In all cases, please reserve 48 hours in advance of arrival so that we’ll have time to contact and confirm the final details with you. Requests under 48 hours may not be processed, but you may walk-in and we’ll do our best to outfit you.
After entering your info in the form below, click on the Rental Agreement link to read and understand the terms of your rental. Close that tab, click “I have read and agree”, then click Submit. You’ll see a confirmation that it has been sent.
Then you’ll receive an email summarizing the info you’ve sent us. Please call us so that we can confirm details, answer questions, and obtain a credit card number to hold your reservation (we will not charge your card until you come for pick up, or if you are a no-show.)
*Important!* If we don’t have your credit card information, you do not have a reservation.
Want to tell us something important about your request that the form doesn’t cover? Add more riders, want us to install your pedals, need a kid’s trailer? Email us (swcycle@gmail.com ) and we’ll link that added info to your reservation request.
Look for the email confirmation after you click “Submit” (check your spam folder if you don’t see it) then call us (within 24 hours if possible) to finalize your reservation. Thanks!
